Real Estate Staging

The concept of Real Estate Staging has been around since 1972 when a former interior designer-turned-real estate agent realized that setting up a home that made it appealing to a wide variety of buyers helped get top dollar for the house and sell it much quicker than other homes.

Today, Real Estate Staging can be anything from a simple de-cluttering of the model home, to a complete overhaul. A professional from Ready - Set - Design will perform an evaluation of the house, typically with the Real Estate Agent. The recommendations can then be taken on by the homeowners, or we can help implement the list and help you prioritize those items that will bring the most resale value to the house.

Interior Makeovers

Most everyone has that one room in the house that just doesn't quite work. You've rearranged it several times in many different ways, but nothing seems to look quite right. Within a few hours, we can take your existing furniture and accessories, help you determine the things you truly want and need in that room, and arrange and organize it so that it is a livable space that reflects you and your tastes.

Typically, you do not need to purchase any new furniture or items. We use your existing accessories and rearrange the room so it is more inviting, more you.

Organizational Systems

Perhaps your need is not to get a room more livable, but rather to get an area more organized. Do you have piles of paperwork, magazines strewn about, books stacked on top of each other, a thousand sticky notes? We can help! We will take your space and not just organize it, but help you determine a system that works well for your style.

We've been there...you have found the perfect place to live (if only for right now), and you want it to immediately reflect you, your style, and your belongings. While it can certainly take time to get everything out of the boxes and into the rooms, we can help you organize your spaces before you even begin.

Pictures of your past residence are a great guide to let us see your style and help us to mold your new house, apartment, or office, into your vision. We can help you with color palette to maximize the space, and guide you on things like window treatments, decor, and tips on how keep the new house feeling new.

So now you are organized and your rooms have a comfrotable feel about them, but there's just something missing. Let us help you with finishing off the rooms in your style. We can suggest greenery, accessories, artwork, textures, bedding, window treatments, and rugs to complete your rooms perfectly.

And if you're not sure if you want to keep the accessories, or just want to try before you buy, we have a rental plan to give you that flexibility. Rent by the week, half-month or month, whichever works best for you.
